Account Deletion Request

Thank you for using Ramscode Systems Ltd products and services. If you no longer wish to use an account, we are happy to guide you on the process.

If the account is managed by an organization, the account owner or administrator must make the request. In most cases, individual users cannot delete company-managed accounts directly.

Important: For organization-managed accounts, only your administrator or authorized company representative can request removal or deactivation on your behalf.

What happens after deletion is requested?

Your access to the related platform or application will be disabled.
You will no longer be able to sign in to the service using that account.
Business records needed for compliance, operations, audit, or financial reporting may be retained where required by law or internal policy.
Personal information that is no longer required may be deleted or anonymized in line with our Privacy Policy and applicable laws.
